It’s never too late to rethink your diet and make new and realistic health plans. It is the right time to map out the situation. Ask yourself: Are we honest with ourselves when we set these strict guidelines for diet and exercise? Most people recoil at the thought of diet and exercise, especially on a cold winter morning. And for all those people who are fed up with diet rules, the good news is that the best way to lose weight is not by dieting or depriving yourself of all the good things in life. If this sounds too good to be true, wait to try this:

Wellness – the latest buzzword in the health industry – is actually the best way forward. Most people who plan a strict diet do it in the hope that after losing the extra pounds, they will look delectable. But the truth is, lackluster sagging skin or loose abs are not the result people want. What we want is a happy, healthy, slim figure chewing an apple. But unfortunately, that’s not what we often have to deal with. Therefore, after trying to lose weight for the ninth time, now is the time to stop dieting forever and still look slim.

Wellness is not just about losing weight, it is also about a positive mindset and transforming yourself into a holistically healthy person. This kind of change in focus will not only result in weight loss, but will also give you great skin, good hair, a radiant personality and best of all, freedom from dieting. This is what the wellness and diet schedule entails:

o Understand your food weaknesses and indulge in them twice a week.
o Keeping a diet log.
o Pick up a routine that you enjoy that is like an exercise: dancing or walking the pet, floor exercises with music, etc.
o Never rob yourself. Always add new healthy habits to the current schedule, such as a nice soup in the evening instead of tea and a delicious salad at lunch with olives, balsamic dressing and some vegetables and cheese cubes.
o Enjoy your meal. Many people who eat in a hurry always miss the flavors, don’t feel full, and eventually make up for it by overeating.
o And if none of this convinces you, count the number of times you’ve struggled through a diet only to regain weight with a few extra pounds.
o Review unhealthy habits and look for alternatives. For example, if you tend to drink too much tea / coffee, replace herbal tea with herbal tea that smells and tastes good. If you eat too many fried foods, learn to make grilled or baked snacks and experiment with new grilled snacks.
o Don’t starve or eat less. When we reduce the amounts, our emotional system takes revenge, so the best option is to add healthy foods to the diet before we suddenly stop eating food.
