Reduce Weight Fast And Lose Fat Forever

So you’ve been trying to diet to lose weight. You’ve also packed all kinds of slimming pills you can get. To your delight, your effort seemed to be working as you began to steadily lose body fat. One day, before you reach your desired weight, you start to notice that your weight seemed to stay the same even though you are still dieting and taking those pills. To your horror, you discover that the weight you lost is starting to accumulate again. Instead of losing weight, you are gaining weight now. Sounds familiar?

What happened? Simply put, slimming pills and fad diets are just a short-term strategy to reduce weight and keep body fat at bay. To lose weight and lose fat forever, your calorie expenditure must exceed your calorie expenditure. Don’t you include that in your diet? Yes you are. But when you are on a diet you are hungry and your body will signal your brain to store fat for energy because your body is built with a mechanism to store fat during famine and it will not know if it is a famine season or that you are on a diet. In this case, your body is using your muscles for energy instead of your body fat, and this leads to problems because your muscle is consuming a lot of calories. So with less muscle mass, your fat burning capacity comes to a halt.

You are recently taking Dietpills right ? If you take appetite control pills, your body will react as if you were on a diet, so the same thing happened. What about pills that help increase metabolism or reduce starch intake? • Cardio Exercises – Do cardio exercises at 65-85% of your maximum heart rate to burn tons of calories

• Weightlifting – Exercise with weights to build muscle or at least prevent muscle loss. The more muscle you have, the higher your natural fat burning capacity. You even burn fat while sleeping. In other words, you are permanently losing fat.

Eat small meals regularly – This will signal your brain that food is plentiful and that your body does not need to store fat in case of starvation. So eat 5-6 meals at 3-hour intervals. However, make sure that your meals are small and that your calorie intake does not exceed your calorie expenditure.

Incorporating these 3 elements into your lifestyle will not only reduce weight and lose body fat, but also keep the weight from creeping back. That means you will reduce weight and keep your ideal weight forever.
